I authorise St Ives Repair Shop to diagnose/repair the device. I confirm I have backed up my data (or accept the risk of data loss), and understand some repairs require opening the device which may void manufacturer water resistance or warranties.
Repair Terms & Conditions
- Repairs are carried out with reasonable skill and care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Warranty covers the repair performed only, not unrelated issues or accidental damage after collection.
- Liquid-damaged or tampered devices may fail during repair; no guarantee is given for full functionality.
- Customer is solely responsible for data backup before repair.
- Third-party parts (if used) may differ from OEM components; long-term compatibility is not guaranteed.
- Devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of under abandoned-goods legislation.
- Devices remain property of St Ives Repair Shop until all charges are paid in full.
